You’re in the right ballpark, 37 is technically correct to match the door sticker, but 35 is good enough and might provide a better ride. Even the door sticker pressure is strengthening the tire to carry way over what a Tacoma weighs and even the dynamic forces from driving down the road such as bumps.

Excellent, thanks so much for the clarification and confirmation!! I set the PSI at 36 last night and will see how that goes.

They are no doubt boring, but the Michelins sure have been nice to drive for the last 4 months.

They were my go to tire for over 25 years. Trouble free, low maintenance, great wearing and nice driving. If it was practical I’d have them on for 90% of the time. For off road exploring I’d swap over to an aggressive A/T for the other 10% of the time.

Yeah, they’re solid road tires for sure. I had them on my Frontier for a bit and they were great. Just sort of boring, so when I got the Tacoma, I went with several sets of Toyos. But now I’m back to them in the stock size and I have to say, my truck really drives well. So nice on road trips.

I saw a barcelona red 2wd trd or 3rd gen today with ltx ms2's. Tempted to get a set as they're on sale at Costco, but also ready to dump this turd gen, sell the suspension and wheels and buy something new. After 9 years I'm kinda f'n over it.
