Our Malinois, a retired working dog, named Ada, which became Ada Potato, which was finally shortened to "Tater".
And our German Shepherd named Remington, or "Remy" for short. Remy is being the goofball that he is in the pic. 20241206_040829.jpg 20240428_062544.jpg

I used to take my GSD "Santino" to Costco with me to share a hot dog. I'd sit on the tailgate with he in the shell and feed him tid bits of hot dog. Man, I miss those days and him very much.

samson is a rescue, I adopted him at about 2 years old from the local pound. He was the only GSD that wasn’t aggressive or scared. He walked right up to the gate to say hello to me. That was it, he went home with me.

Samson loves squeaky toys, he has too many of them. Sometimes the squeaker becomes dislodged inside the ball and he walks around carrying in his mouth looking sad cause it won’t squeak. But he still squeezes it.

My little boy has tennis balls that squeak. He normally will destroy the ball from squeezing the ball squeaking it before the squeaker stops working.

Santino in the back of my 2006 Tacoma. He had a daily ride for many many years. Most often with the rearthumbnail-28.jpg window in the up position.

I've never generated the first hand smoke, so I think she's safe. Now after a Taco Bell visit is another story. :anonymous:

Our lovely little Piper apparently found an Amenita mushroom in my yard yesterday. Very deadly to humans and animals. She started showing signs of something being wrong such as stumbling around and tremors. Rushed her to an emergency vet where they asked if she could have gotten any marijuana, mushrooms or anti freeze. My answer was no. So after leaving her at the vet to begin treatments for some sort of poisoning, I went home to inspect my yard, that’s where I found the culprit…the amentia was by my shop, the only one I’ve seen on the property in the 12 plus years living there. So I called the vet and they immediately started a dialysis and blood transfusion. I’m happy to say about 30 hours later she’s beat the odds and has survived and her liver is functioning normally. She should have zero side effects. Originally she was given a 20% survival chance but I couldn’t not get her treatment…she’s home tonight acting like a typical 4 month old pup.
