Looking for advice on what route to go when deciding on what lift to pick for my Tacoma.

    Some options I’m considering:
    Eibach stage 1 with AAL
    Bilstein 6112/5160
    Icon Stage 3

Let me know what yall think is the best option for me.

Depends what you want to do with your truck. You’ll probably want the Bilstien set up, it’s a great overall kit. Give Colton, @memario1214 a call over at Hotshot off-road and he’ll talk with you more about what you want with your truck and ensure you get the best kit for you and expectations.

I have been waiting for over 2 years to read an answer to this question for legit, no BS, settled, 3" front suspension lift, hub center to fender of 24".

Likely because 3" is a tough amount of lift for these trucks without ruining the ride and/or risking problems (a bit too much lift if you don't also have drop-down brackets, and a bit too little if you do).

It's best to be within one of the following:
    0" - 2" lift (no DBs)
    4" - 6" lift (w/DBs)

For OP (for the combos he mentioned), 0" - 2" lift. The 6112/5160 combo is a well-regarded, and very popular choice (I've seen sporadic reports of issues with Icon's products and their CS, not familiar enough with Eibach to comment).

Exactly man. I would never try it, hell, I am 1.5" front. I am merely waiting for someone to photograph their 3rd Gen at 3" front with a tape measure held up to it.

Minor off roading here in SoCal and for a more aggressive look. I’m leaning towards the Bilstein 6112/5160, given Bilstein has a strong rep for quality products.

For reference Fox are softer, Eibachs medium (best warranty), and Bilstein are stiffer in ride quality. For anything over 2" on these trucks, require alot of upgrades, or will experience lot of problems.
