Taco Vinyl Legit?

Has anyone here ever received their order without getting tracking updates? I have had no updates for over a month now, and no responses from support@tacovinyl.com so I’m curious if the order might have already shipped and they didn’t say anything.

I’m trying my best to be patient with the whole thing especially with the holidays, but when they told me 2-4 week lead time in mid-November, then told me my shroud was “at paint” December 19th, then radio silence, I’m starting to lose patience.

I just gave them a call on an order I recently placed because the vendor was having a sale on their direct sight and I wanted to see if they would honor the sale price. I was helped by Elora and they were super helpful and nice. Just sharing a recent experience.
