Has anyone ever dealt with Mammoth Offroad? I purchased some new wheels from them over a week ago. I got an email that they received my order, my card was charged, and I've gotten no word since. No Shipping confirmation, tracking #, or anything. I've sent them multiple emails and pinged them on all their social media accounts, but I haven't received any response. Apparently their customer service isn't bad, it's just non-existent... Any ideas or does anyone know how to get in contact with them? Looking like I'm going to have to take legal action at this point.

A few additions to make me feel cool.
Never done business with them but a week lead time for wheels seems a little unrealistic. I get that you want to get a response but try calling them if that is an option. Did they list the lead time when you ordered? Looks like they are Jeep people. They are probably out looking for rubber ducks and waiving at each other.

They don’t list a phone #. I personally dont do business with any online business that doesn’t have a phone #. I’m also hesitant to do business with a company that doesn’t have a street address.
Legal action would probably cost more than your wheels.
Give them another week then if no response inform them you are going to bad mouth them on every truck, 4wd and off road site on the net. In addition tell them you’ll be reporting them to the BBB and will take legal action if necessary. Tell them you just want the courtesy of a reply.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...

Nope, no phone number. A week's lead time is unacceptable without any sort of communication. If they had sent me an email saying they are working on my order, that would be one thing.

I did some digging and found out Mammoth Off-road is Extreme Terrain.com’s in house brand. I contacted their customer service and they were able to find my order even though it wasn’t purchased through their main site. They said the wheels are out of stock with indefinite timeline on getting more. But they were able to cancel my order.
