As Overland Expo West 2025 approaches, we at KC HiLiTES are gearing up for an incredible week of adventure, innovation, and connection. We’re excited to meet with fellow overlanders, builders, explorers, and brand fans from across the country—and we’ve got big plans both at the Expo and at home in Flagstaff.

2025 Light the Night Social at KC HQ

Want to kick off Expo week the right way? Join us for the 2nd annual Light the Night Social at KC Headquarters in Flagstaff!

When: Wednesday, May 14th, 5PM–9PM
Where: KC HQ – 1751 S Thompson St, Flagstaff, AZ
What: A community-focused parking lot party made for local adventurers, KC fans, and early Expo arrivals​

After years of hosting THE Happy Hour party at Expo, we’ve moved it to our own front yard to give more people a chance to join. This means more space, more time to connect, and more opportunities to celebrate with the community that supports us.

Expect:​

• Local beer from Historic Brewing Co. (including our exclusive KC collab brews)​
• An on-site food truck with an epic menu​
• Brand partners like 5.11, Warn, Factor 55, Front Runner, Dometic, Tembo Tusk, MORRFlate, and more​
• Local vendors including Summit 4x4, Fieldcraft Survival, Centerforce Clutches, and Northland Hobby​
• A silent auction benefiting Tread Lightly!​
• Youth-built rigs on display from Dirty Hands Happy Hearts​

The event is RSVP-only, but open to the public. We expect to cap attendance at 300 guests to keep things personal and engaging.
