I changed my wiring, again. Then went and beat on the new body just to be sure it doesn't rub.

    Woah thats some hardcore restoration.

I have an old integy commutator lathe back from my early/mid 2000's racing days that I keep around and wont ever get rid of. Such a quality piece of RC tools and neat to whip out from time to time to freshen up an old brushed motor.

EDIT - Loved to run the Trinity Chameleon 19turn brushed motors, I got such great battery life and the perfect amount of speed out of those motors in my rustler basher and my Team Losi XXX BK edition race 1/10th buggy.

I have grown to really love Thursdays, race night with my 11 year old daughter and I Over at Rc Madness in Enfield CT. I race my micro b, my mini B, and my Mojave grom BLX, And she raises her mini t and her micro B.

AWE Exhaust, KARTBOY exhaust hangers, custom 1/0 exhaust grounding, lots of Titanium hardware from my old builds, silly JDM bits from my old Subaru builds, Uniden Bearcat Off Road CB, Firestik 2 w/custom CF mount, custom KARTBOY plate frame with Rigid Ind Spot on ball head mount, Yakima Mega Warrior w/custom CF cross brace. ARP extended studs (not installed yet), Optima Red Top, Siless Insulation in cab. Diode Dynamics LEDs throughout... More titanium fasteners. K&N intake snorkus delete. Greddy hose clamps throughout. DBA 4000XS Brake Rotors. TRD PRO fogs. Dakine Tail Gate Pad. More to come of course.
Hey thank you! The boxes can be tough. I've had to watch a bunch of you tube videos on techniques other nerds use. Paint color/sheen matching is nearly impossible. It's good for the OCD and ADHD.

There are some absolutely crazy restorations on youtube. Guys doing action figure packaging from the 1960's and stuff. Lots of Star wars of course...
the reallyold ones are amazing too. Old metal cars and things like that.

There are a couple of Chameleons floating around ebay right now. If I could find a way to make reproduction motor labels, I could go down a very black hole of motor restomodding. The labels were always so rad! And I feel you on the tools and stuff. Some of the old heat sinked ESC's were just awesome looking. Novak and KO Propo especially. Oh, and Tamiya CPR units are just amazing.

This arrived last night for an Egress build I am doing. Its a good kind hoarding.

Woah thats a beautiful setup! Adjustable timing and compact cap board.

Thinking back to my mid 00's TLT crawler "pede" transmission build days. My "trail motor" in it was a Chameleon 19t spec can, with an epic 27turn armature. Thost Chameleon cans just seemed to have the perfect amount of timing built in and strong magnets for tons of efficient running. Id run soft brushes in all my stuff to get long life outta the arms. I think I have that trail motor combo somewhere... you are gonna make me go dig and go down memory lane.

Those are the Vanquish F10p axles. The front one comes with the VRD Carbon and I think the new Stance has the same hardened gears now, I think.

The rear is just the clear aluminum axle housing with the VRD Carbon kit internal parts. I'm saving my pennies for a clear F10p aluminum front housing.

    Here's some sexy for ya.
