You have to do a factory reset, it's somewhere in the settings. That means you'll have to reset your presets, but no need to bring it to the dealer.

i have done the reset "reset personal settings" and it did nothing.

I have done it all - disconected the battery overnight...you name it. The bluetooth button has still magically disapearred.

I have on my 2015. Play music, podcasts, etc. I can access it using the radio's touchscreen and the iphone screen.

My 2015 Entune w/ Nav went bonkers with the last iPhone iOS update (iPhone 8plus) I lost all streaming except music via usb and/or bluetooth. I also lost call and messaging. My Entune is fully updated and I have the latest SD Map Card updated. Entune is garbage and the Toyota app is garbage. I'm sorry to say that they probably will not update it anymore as it's an incentive for us to go buy a new truck. The dealer told me the SD cards would not be updated anymore in the future. At least I still have iPhone music for now. Best we can do is request an update by emailing them. https://www.toyota.com/support/#!/app/ask

Just asking do you have the entune app on your phone? I lost some icons. Opened entune on phone with truck running the radio came up and said it needed updated so I let it update. Got them back but not the eco icon. Hope this will help.

I currently have an iphone 7 connected to my 2015 radio and it works flawlessly. So I know it works, phone, streaming, iphone connected USB. No problems whatsoever. Starting to think you may have system board issues. I tried to find updates for this radio but there are none.

I got it!!!. I had the same problem, the bluetooth disappear. I disconnect the radio but it didn't work.

All you need to do is:
    1. Turn off the truck
    2. While pressing and holding down [[IMG]POWER] the radio, insert the key and turn on the acc.
    3. Wait about 20 sec. The radio will restart a few times.
    4. Release the button, and that's it.

I had the exact same problem as originally described and lost the Bluetoorh. It's the truck, not all the other things mentioned. I did the last listed process and git the BT button back, but not BT itself. Wonder, did anyone else find another fix?
