It’s already past my bedtime

 

Power went out about 4:45 here. Still waiting for its return . The call line and website for DLC have been sketchy. For the longest time you couldn’t call in an outage. I wish the $ they spent on those recent commercials went toward a better communication system. When it comes to transmission they have a monopoly, so no need to advertise.

 

Yep, still no power here. Too many power lines, light poles and trees down on top of lines to get fixed anytime soon. Second round of storms are supposed to hit in the next 20-30 minutes too. I'll probably be out there tomorrow with my chainsaw helping neighbors. Not sure if I'll have physical therapy in the morning, don't know if power is out in westview plaza.

 

Lucky, sunny all day here.

 

Powers back on at 12:01am. Hopefully I don't have to toss out much food. Find out in the morning.

 

Coming up on 12 hahrs with no pahr but at least the status on the map says a crew has been dispatched. Going off the map some people will probably be out for over a day

Good morning Pennsylvania. X2 on what ed said. Hopefully you all get power back. Looked like you guys a had a wicked storm cell roll through western pa.

 

Morning all, spooky drive in ,most places had no power , majority of lights out , some blinking. Fortunately I have power as well as mom , but West Mifflin is mostly out. Saw a few trees down , be safe all, oh some guy on the Southside was electrocuted trying to move a downed line with a stick, don't!.

 

Tree on the high voltage line seems non-ideal.

 

20 hours since last light. It appears dispatched means “we know about it”.

some of the Facebook comments are wild lol.

 

This is just preparing me for the special economic operation that’ll soon happen

 

It's called the wallet flush when u order that whole house generator back up system .

 

Traffic lights still out in Oakland. Traffic all jacked up.

 

State college is about 70% with out power and could be out till this weekend to get it back
I’m about 15 miles away and we have power
I was happy to see a nice clean truck this morning but on my way home it was covered all over with tree sperm again

 

I don’t like to talk about it but I have a habit and I try and stay away from it but my when my dealer text me about moving a lot of STUFF at a real good price I can’t say NO ………please pray for me to some day be able to say no.

After 24 hours without power I broke out the portable generator. Hopefully saved the food in the free. The frig items are gone. Managed to get the coffee pit , router and one tv online. Now at 29 hours. No water without a pump. The generator isn’t powerful enough for that and the freezer and frig. Would like whole house generator but I hear it’s close to 20 grand when it’s all said and done and done.
