    I will be getting my truck repainted by Toyota soon and I’m wondering if the paint process (heat) mainly, will mess up the amp or is it safe to leave it in there?

    Shocks. Pegs. Lucky.
    All sorts of electronics in your truck. I doubt the amp is any less prepared for the heat than all the other stuff.

    Not an issue; amps are designed to get hot. Also, think about how hot your vehicle gets parked outside in the sun.
