I found that before, but not with any other info. I would love a review once you get yours. I may try it.

Here are some pics and my thoughts: IMG_8106.jpg IMG_8107.jpgI just installed not even 5 min ago. Basically with the 2013, you need to loosen the headliner and remove the 2 plastic covers. This is the end result. As you can see, it does cause the headliner to bow down a little bit, maybe with some clever modification this could be perfected but I don’t think I’ll notice it after today.

I don’t know as I look at it more I am having second thoughts. I think the mirror might simply be too heavy. If I don’t follow up here in a few days or weeks just reply to me and I’ll give an update. Right now I do NOT recommend this as it does not seem flush or secure

Sorry can you clarify if you have a birddawg or a NM riser?

so here’s the thing with my 2013 mirror (rear view cam display/temp/compass). If you have a mirror like mine you can notice a small torx bit screw at the mirror base. Basically there is no acceptance for this with the NM riser. Pictured below, you can see a mark where I tried to secure this screw before realizing. Since there is no where for this screw to go, basically there mirror is not firmly attached. It pivots over this point and furthermore it doesn’t seem to push the mirror into the riser as you might expect. at this point I don’t think (or expect) NM will come through with a refund or any assistance. No knock on them, I’m just outside of the scope of their intended product. I still might seek their support but currently I’m wondering if I can replace that torx bit screw with something acceptable for the plastic. Maybe that would be sufficient for a good attachment. If anyone has any experience to share with this kind of process thatd be cool. I think there’s potential here for something as I have a skeleton, but not sure I’ll have something truly solid enough in one shot so we will see what happens.IMG_8109.jpg

Oh I’ll also add, I haven’t cut the ‘horns’ off as detailed in the OP. That could also be a key factor…….:threadjacked:
