I am at that point where i have fixed everything mechanically, installed all new suspension, speakers and stereo, TEQ lights, wheels and tires, so now I'm not sure what to do next.

I was thinking about new bumper or fender flares but not clue where to go.

What is everyones favorite thing they have done to their Tacoma that has either improved performance or driving comfort?

Sounds like you’ve done lots of it… hah
If you haven’t replaced the bump stop with something like Perry Parts, Wheelers super bumps, or Durobumps — I would do that.
To me, that’s hands-down the best pain for modification I’ve done on any Toyota.
If you’re already set with suspension, then a bigger brake upgrade for the front rotors, calipers, and pads.

What part of the country do you live in? The reason I ask is that is that if you live somewhere where deer like to run in front of you on the road then a better front bumper would be something to consider. For my 96 4X4 in Cabo I have a flatland plate bumper with a winch. I have the brightest lights, I guess you could call them ditch lights, that are pointed at an angle, that shine into the desert. We have wild burro's and horses here that seem to wait until you are right there to chose to cross the highway. Bunnies, buzzards, snakes and lizards, dont even feel 'em.

Raptor line those fender flares. You’ll never have to restore them again.

I was honestly just going to remove my flares and put some paint matched clips over the holes

If only I didn't have the 2.7 then it would be easy to find a supercharger

Not a mod, but I replaced ALL of my suspension, steering rack, CV axels, leaf springs along with a rear end rebuild on my 2000 TRD. I also had the compression checked by a Toyota dealership and passed with no issues. Ive got new fuel injectors, new timing belt, plugs, water pump, radiator and new tires. Hopefully Ill be putting another 254k on it. Drives like a brand new truck. Took it up some of the mountain trails around here and performed great.
