    Hey all.

Need some help please in finding the torque spec for the 2 forward-most bed bolts. I installed a cab molle panel last night and want to tighten them back to spec.

Please also let me know where you found it. I have the digital factory manual with its bedazzling array of folders and files but can't find those specs in there anywhere.

    Many thanks.

I just removed all my bed bolts and 'serviced' them for rust removal, refinished heads and lubricated the threads/mounting tubes.

I installed them to tight, then about 1/4 ugga dugga. IMHO a using a torque wrench for this application is overkill.

Thanks Top Dog. That makes sense. It's also a T55 torx bolt.

Yeah, you're probably right. Think I did a couple ugga duggas. Coworker has a Ranger and said his were ~200 ft lbs which sounds crazy tight.

My bed came with the factory spray-in liner so I had the added fun of peeling that off those 2 bolts. Actually wasn't as tough as I thought.
