    Just checking in.
I have to take pain medicine for chronic headaches from brain surgery. With that there are evaluations from shrinks. My shrink today said I had the lowest stress score she’d seen ever.

it pays to have a stupid (not really) dog a great hobby Fishing/hunting, and a truck that accommodates all of them.

    Blessed!

    Morning all:

Headaches suck Ivan, I used to get them quite a bit when I was a teenager, but after that I rarely ever get one, I'll take that as a win!

    Safe journey Tom!
Was thinking, when I towed the boat up to the river with the Chevy truck, I got a reminder of just how bad the Pa. roads are! :(

The doc lady said "normal layer of fat". You think they put that in writing??? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today's appointment I specifically asked for a male doctor. Tired of all these women pulling my pants down. Yesterday she squirted all this clear US goo on me and threw a towel at me after probing my tender groinal area.

    Afternoon all:

Sounds like that would be fun, could be worse, you could get a gay male doc.!

:woot:, got the circuit board for the deckhand anchor winch today and installed it, it now works again and cost me just shy of $39.00 to fix it. Like I said earlier, all the switches checked out for continuity, and it would retrieve the anchor without making any weird noises, I took a chance that it was the circuit board causing the problem, which apparently it was.

Hello and good afternoon... It was sunny at the start of the day (no 'May Gray', yet) but we have rain coming this weekend... Maybe the last of the year? Walked around the house to admire our plumerias that have begun 'leafing out' plus the three new fruit trees set (but not yet planted) in the back yard, raised planter.
My fellow Toyota 4x4 driving friend and I have begun planning a 4-day Baja trip... It will be great to have fresh material from which I can write new articles for Baja Bound about!
At 115 articles, to date, I was running low on ideas... but Baja is so generous with subjects to write about!

Here are all (except the latest two) organized from newest to oldest:

Yep, 7 days I will know more. I'm OK, it bugs me to sit for awhile, long walks don't work and of course lifting much not working either - that said it's not constant pain.
