So for about 3 months now i've been battling this electrical issue. ECU-B no.3 fuse keeps blowing at the touch. so i took it to the dealership, and they spent 2 days to find absolutely nothing. they said it could possibly be a connection in my rear bumper, or somewhere under the dash. i was also told by my personal mechanic that it wasnt my BCM. anyways, my key fob, dome lights, MPG's, etc all reset and i have absolutely no power when ignition is off. no beeping when the door is open, nothin. anyone had these issues? seems like i cant find anything about it. any tips would be appreciated. thanks!

What do you mean by “blowing at the touch”?
When you physically touch the fuse?

What have you done to modify/add anything to the circuit?

Did you buy this new or used?
    Salvage title?

A Toyota dealer or used car dealer and where?
Those crazy issues sound like a hurricane car.

    So it was used.
Sometimes they clean the ones that were flooded and can hide that Does the vin put it in any hurricane flood zones, or maybe the previous owner was a knob.

Did you happen to figure this out!? Any update? I have the same issue. My ecu fuse b no.3, the one in the middle is blowing and I can't lock the car, and noises don't sound etc.... I took to the dealership twice and they replaced the fuse, worked for a week or so and bam again. I had the n2 remote start. I removed it to see if the problem continues and it keeps blowing. Then they blamed my after market lights.... I have aftermarket headlights, tail lights, the side mirrors and yellow fog lights.... The car was working perfectly fine with every single one of these things, for years! So my honest guess is the ecu? Or maybe and actuator shorting? I just don't know.
Does anyone have an answer for this?

What was the solution to your problems? Why were your batteries dying?
