lifted 6inch

Hey everyone, I just recently replaced my spc upper ball joints on my 2nd gen Tacoma on a 6inch lift. Since I’ve changed it I noticed the steering wheel feels loose and when doing a full turn it feel like it’s hitting something. I haven’t gotten it aligned yet. Could and alignment fix that problem?
