Sadly, i do not know how this happened. I noticed it in the parking lot last night. It appears like i can scrape/buff some of it off. I rubbed with micro fiber but it didnt solve it. Any suggestions?

Not sure exactly what you you or rubbed against but if that white is paint from what you rubbed then this product will take care of it. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0006ZXUAG If not then the damage is through the clearcoat and into the paint. If that’s the case, turn your truck into a Off road with black matte fenders :)

You're going to need some polishing compound at the least IMO. You can try it by hand, but it may take some effort. I have a 6" long throw DA polisher that I break out in these cases. If it's just paint transfer it should come right off, which is what this looks like to me.

So something like this paired with he Meguires compound?
Yeah, worst case scenario, I wrap fenders/hoodscoop/cab black and effectively turn in to a TRD Pro. :transformer:

That'll work. I have one of these and some Lake Country microfiber pads. Overkill for what you are doing, but I occasionally will do a detail that will require it. For a locally available compound I like Griot's Complete Compound. You can find it at Advance or Autozone.

Doing by hand would suffice since it’s a small area. That polisher pad is more for larger areas.
