Recently my truck broke down, Battery died while driving. Bought a new battery and alternator and after replacing both my truck will still not produce anything more than 12.8 volts. I’ve checked and clean every fuse and ground. Voltage reading from alternator to ground is not even 1 volt. I even tried getting another alternator after knowing they can be bad out of the box. In the past I’ve had ECM codes on and off. I’m wondering if the the wiring to my ECM from my alternator could be bad or maybe the ECM is bad it’s self.

Off the top of my head I can’t remember which color or PIN number. But only 1 of 4 pins lit up when tested.

Well you will need to do some checks and see what's missing where, I have it all laid out in the post I linked above and the wiring diagram is attached.

If you have any further questions don't hesitate to ask.
