I am considering getting the factory TRD 2.5” lift added to my TRD OR. I am leaning to use bilstein shocks over others to not have to deal with the frequent maintenance. But I am also considering the Eibach Pro-Truck-Lift-Stage 2R, 3.5” rough country lift (worried about ride quality compromise), Westcott Designs 2.5” front and .75” collar lift, alldogs 1.75” spacer eraser front coil, or others.

Does anyone have this kit on their truck? If so can you give your thoughts on it?

I dont know if I want to go this route, choose another option, or maybe wait a bit more for the Bilstein 6112/5160 when it comes available.

I have the TRD factory lift on mine, I like it. I have a 6112/5100 set up on my 4Runner , they ride about the same. The TRD lift does keep the factory rake though. The photo is with some new 285 70 17 ridge grapplers.

Nice! I think I’ll go this route. It reduces take by 1” though I believe.

Do you have a 2025, and did the truck come with the lift? If so, do you mind sharing what you paid? I'm considering the same truck.

    Like $3400 which is insane.

Maybe for those that can do the install, but to have it done would cost how much, $1000? How much for parts? I believe this price is for the lift installed by Toyota at a port.

If you work with a dealer they may be able to add port options to their allocation. You're not "ordering" a factory build, but if they have a Taco inbound that has everything else you want, they should be able to add the lift to a vehicle after it's built. Speculation on my part, but if you want that lift it will probably require some extra effort. Downside is, since you're not buying a vehicle off the lot and you're asking them to add an expensive option, they will probably want a deposit. You will also lose negotiation leverage since they know your options to go elsewhere are zero/limited.

mine is a 2025 and it was a port installed option.
I paid 59k. TRD off road premium, TRD lift, cast aluminum TRD running boards, and some other protection items. It was msrp. Where I live you can’t get a lift with quality upper A arms, all 4 springs and shocks, aligned, for better money and warrantied. I had the TRD lift on my 3rd gen and it performed well, it was just 5100’s and stock springs though. My dealer did a search and couldn’t find a TRD factory lift he could buy separate, he offered some spacer lifts but I said no to that. The only ones I’ve seen have been port or factory installed. For me it works well.
