Aftermarket front grille

I see aftermarket front grilles everywhere...I'm one of the last still driving around with the chrome 2017 grille. The stock grille undoubtedly provides better protection to bird strikes etc (thinking of a seagull or bird of that size), but it looks pretty cheesy. I checked Amazon and they seem to have good deals on aftermarket replacements. One sells at 180 CDN and it's made of ABS and stainless steel, another sells for 230 CDN, also made of ABS. Do any of you have cheap grilles like these and if so, how is the fit and how do they hold up? Generally I refrain from ordering anything that doesn't have a few hundred reviews.
