This is what I aquired the 1-1/2" wrench for. The nuts on the 140 cultivators are 1-1/4" and almost disappear in the countersink. I don't know if it's worn or just made that way. Been adding a washer and it won't stay tight so I made some new ones out of 1-1/2" hex.

This I do not understand. Cole bought this multitool from my buddy. He hung the pouch on something Saturday and ripped it. I sent Mac photos thinking they would send him a new pouch since they sent me 26 brand new drawer slides for a toolbox I didn't buy new.

They sent me an email back and said the pouch isn't covered under warranty o_O

Good morning shop crew. Weather guessers are saying rain all week down here, we need it.

Might need the washer or a lock washer too with the new nut.

It's a taper to taper, no washer needed. I was using a washer because the other nut was too small.

The pouch probably is not made in the US of America, needs to be back ordered I am guessing :annoyed:

Anyone else see the humor in them blindly supporting products very few others will ever see, stashed away in shops and garages, but refusing to support obvious customer-facing products that serve as a talking/introduction point to the brand?

Customer service is so backwards these days.

I get it, it's a $50-200 multi tool. I've sneezed on the snap on truck and spent more. But my big tool box doesn't show up to family events...

Now we're a van family. Room for days.

Out here pretending to do rocket stuff.

    Tighten up y'all.

The protective case not being warranteed is dumbfounding. You're literally a walking advertisement for them while wearing it.

I’m with you… this is the sort of gift you give friends. It’s likely the only item many will ever see of “the brand”.
It probably should have been leather to begin with.

Most likely yes, Mom's van will fit a full-size couch, ataman, and a lounge chair. Plus luggage and other normal travel items. I find it amazing what can be fit inside.
