Same with me - dealer says frame defect on the pass windoor. I thought it was just poor application of silicone sealant on the joints (the sealant application IS pretty sloppy overall, looks like they were made on Friday at the very end of shift!).

It's just kind of poor workmanship on the details. The integrity of the fiberglass is fine, the paint is fine (slight difference in color, but not a big deal and to be expected). Ah well, you win some, you lose some.

You got the windoors that actually fit the full recess in the shell, congratulations. I got a pair that don't fit the full recess. Nothing I can do about it, they have the dreaded *asterisk* that says "Windoors may not fit recess in shell." You win some, you lose some.

Picked my 180 up today for $400...had to drive a 4 hr round trip but so worth it. Color is navy blue so not a perfect match with my magnetic grey but stoked nonetheless. Once I vaccine out all the spiderwebs and other gnarly cramp ill post up. Btw with my ome lift and 32" tires I cleared my 85" garage by good margin.

Thats lame that they do that.

I am still pissed that the retarded dealer that ordered it had the bottom edges cut for a truck rack even thou the rack was a top mount rack.

Bringing back up an old thread to see if there's new pics of third gens with the 180? I'm deciding between this cap or just go with the flat one. Thanks!

Reviving this thread to ask - anyone ordered a LEER 180 for a 2nd-Gen Short Bed Recently? I just got a call from my local dealer saying that LEER isn't offering it (any more??) I see plenty of pics online.
