Hi guys I'm new here today. I bought an 02 Tacoma on Monday and found that it has a broken leak spring. It has a sticker on it with the company name and part number. American Automotive PN 21819 AA.
I found their website but their contact info only has a form to fill out, so I did that but it has been 2 days and no response. They are located in Azusa, Ca. and have been since 1998. I called an off road shop in that city and he said I've been in business here for 40 years and have never heard of them. WTH?
Has any members here ever heard of them? Thanks in advance!

    Never heard of them..
Buuuut because 1 leaf spring is broken
You might as well just buy a new set and call it good.
Best to replace in a set.
    Good luck

Well I have now emailed them twice with no reply, and I also called Rough Country and they've never heard of them. I found the company is selling lifts and suspension parts on Amazon and they have a contact number on there. All I get is a busy signal no matter what time or day I call. ‍♂️

What exactly do you want the company to do for you?

    Don't waste your time.

Research the suspension forum and decide what you need and order a new pair of springs.

I want the spring replaced. They have a lifetime warranty on them.

Why should I have to do that when these have a lifetime warranty on them. If I have to I will, but I'm trying this route first.

Lifetime warranty usually has the caveat that you need to be the purchaser and prove you purchased it from them.

Also it looks like they make only add-a-leaf springs, they don't look like they make the whole pack. I doubt the add-a-leaf broke.

If so, go back to where you bought it and have them replace it. They sold you a truck that has dangerous suspension.

The only pic I see is the pic of the sticker on the spring.

It's worth a shot but I doubt this will get anywhere, and I suspect any new add-a-leaf will break again with a mega block lift.

Beyond trying their web page there's not much anyone can do on here.

No pre runner trim, no mud flaps,no step ups,I do have the Deck plate though. Kings @ 0 and 5100's in rear. stock leafs. Total chaos UCA.
Seems like it’s a general consensus here, whether you take the advice given here is up to you. I have lived here all my life and never heard of them. There’s some cheap alternatives out there, and some good deals on offer up. Maybe just keep calling until they answer.

What do you consider a "mega block lift"? The rear blocks are 2 3/4" tall.

    That's a lotta block.

How is the front lifted? Pictures?
