This is on the low pressure line, what’s going on here? Bad hose?

The leak is clearly coming from the AC compressor manifold connection, specifically where the low-pressure suction hose bolts to the back of the compressor. This connection uses an O-ring seal between the compressor and the AC line fitting. Over time, this O-ring can degrade and start leaking refrigerant, especially if it’s been disturbed during past service.

looks like a leak on this hose clamp where it’s worn through

Looks like you have a pin-hole leak in that line for sure, there's nowhere else that dye could come from. Based on the images you provided it matches the 88704 line, with the two 90's after the lower bracket. Make sure that you evacuate the remaining refrigerant prior to install, and hold the system under vacuum for at least 40 minutes after the new line is installed to pull any moisture from the system. Moisture remaining in the system can contribute to poor a/c performance as it does not compress and expand like refrigerant.
