Well im glad to finally (after 10yrs of searching) i found my taco. I have some dreams and aspirations for this girl. The list goes as follows
1: newer.heated seat conversion( dont know if thats even possible).
2: center radio/ multimedia screen...the bigger the better.
    3. Wheels and tires of course ( preferably gun metal with bead locks) ..think it would look good on the blue
    4. Remote starter.
    5. Over the bed rails tonneau cover soft or hard.
Please please let me see some of your setups. I so happy to finally be able to be a part of this group.

    Welcome :fistbump:
    1. Corbeau makes good quality seats with heated seat options, they seem to get good reviews. You need to buy their vehicle specific brackets though and you lose seat airbags.

    2. crutchfeild!!! They have more options than you would know what to do with. Pioneer is great, they have a 9 inch screen, that’s probably the biggest you can fit without blocking those vents. Just avoid the cheapest options like Boss.
    3. The go to wheel seems to be SCS, lucky for you the have a gunmetal grey color that looks sweet, however partial to bronze wheels I may be.

As for tires, opinions are everything, I like the Mickey Thompson Baja Boss. They have super aggressive side biters.

    4. Tacomaworld is going to give you great information on that, these are the most knowledgeable people about these trucks on the interweb. (Not including me, I just have too much time)
    5. I have an Undercover, not too expensive. Too many of those available, you’ll have to look around and find what you like.
Keep us updated on your build, best of luck
This stuff ain’t cheap by the way and remember to do all your maintenance before upgrades. The rabbit hole of modifications is eternal:spending:

Too much sauce… Lil gaudy. If you want a Tesla, get a Tesla. But their units are from Panasonic Automotive not whatever it is here.

My Pioneer here is $400 and excellent. Also made my car a boat :D

I got one of the pioneer nex models. It’s been good mostly. One of the iOS updates caused it to not work correctly until the next update. I was considering switching it to a joying head unit. Lot’s of people have it and seem happy. That one has a larger screen than most.

Sound quality will improve drastically if you replace the stock speakers.

If you don’t have a backup camera add one to work with the head unit.

If you have a manual transmission do the adm modification and short shifter.

Ceramic tint & clear on the windshield.
