Finish Kare Cxer Service!

So I’m a long time Finish Kare 425 fan, probably been using it since the early 2000s

I recently ran out, and ordered 2 bottles (one for me and one as a gift for my friend). So I ordered 2 - 31 oz bottles.

Customer Service called me and said if I bought a gallon it would be a few dollars cheaper than the two bottles on my order and would get just a little more product.

When I explained I was going to gift one to a friend, they said if I changed my order to the gallon size, they would throw in 2 bottles and 2 sprayers at no charge.

so - it’s a done deal

Nice to have good customer service

I don’t run a detail business- it’s nice to know a regular joe can still catch a break

just thought I’d pass it along

 

Wow, you don't see customer service like that anymore. I used FK 425 for many years as well. It's a great product. May have to add it back to my lineup again.

 

Apparently their customer service doesn’t know the difference between 2qts and a gallon. You got an extra 2 qts that’s a great deal and great customer service
