Hi, So i have a 3rd gen tacoma and had the apogee rear bumper swingout installed less than a year ago. For whatever reason through wear and tear the Ubolt on the tire side swingout has broken. I've done a few searches and can't seem to find the size of the U Bolt, Does anyone know? I need to get to the store and get a replacement as it's loose pretty bad and I feel every pothole as a risk despite me trying to tie it down as a temporary fix. I don't want to take it fully out until I have the replacement in hand.

How far away is the hardware store? If it were me, I’d just pull the u bolt in the parking lot and take it in with me. I imagine to give you the size someone would have to pull theirs and measure it wouldn’t they?

Yeah your right, I'm probably going to have to get it off in the parking lot. I'm surprised they don't have the sizing listed anywhere on the website or installation instructions.

I don’t know about apogee specifically, but I’ve had really good luck contacting small vendors directly for details like this. Had to call fishbone offroad to get shipping dimensions/weight of their rear bumper so I could give it to my freight forwarder.
    Worth a shot!
