None. I got aftermarket headlights on my truck when I purchased the truck.
Hello, I got FORM headlights on my truck as aftermarket from when I purchased the truck back in 2022. Recently, I had to replace the battery, since the battery went out. However; the DRL's on the headlights are working, but the projector bulbs underneath are not illuminating. Could it be a fuse problem or what could be going on? I wanted to get some feedback first before having to take the truck in and spending unnecessary money on something I could debunk myself. Thank you

I’m not really familiar with the form lights, but I’m sure we could figure it out. The projector bulbs you are referring to, are those the low beams? And just in case, do you have auto low beams? On the headlight switch, does it say “DRL OFF^AUTO…..” or does it say “OFF^DRL…”?

Hello, thank you for responding to me. I attempted to attach a photo of the headlights so I'm hoping you can see them, but where I drew the blue circle those are the projector lights and the lights around them are the ones that are illuminating only, so I'm not sure what else to do or what could be going on or if maybe there is a separate fuse for that part of the headlight.

Ok, so those are the low and high beams. Is it both sides that aren’t working now? There are fuses for the low beams and high beams in the fuse box under the hood. I can’t recall which fuse specifically they are off the top of my head though. Starting there is a good idea. Changing the battery shouldn’t have affected that, but who knows. Also, are you checking this with the stalk switch set to low beams? Do the high beams work?

Yes, both of the projector lights aren't working, unfortunately. So, funny thing also is I activate the brights using the switch, it shows up on my dash but my brights are not illuminating either so when I got out of my truck, I saw that the lights weren't even on, so I guess tomorrow morning I can go under my hood and see if the fuses may have been blown. These headlights have given me so many problems since I got the truck so I don't recommend form headlights haha.

Check those fuses and report back :)
