I just bought a fully loaded '22 with only 12K miles from Carvana.
I have some plans for it and some questions.

I will take a picture of something peculiar in the bed, and my Homelink thinks it's working but it's not. Is there a way to reset it?

Is this bar under my rear window stock? If yes, what are the two bolt holes for?

    Hi, Todd,

I'm no expert so take this with a grain of salt, but based on picture #22 of this 2021 TRD Sport, I think the bar is stock. I don't know what the holes are for.

Those two holes are for the factory hard tonneau cover. There’s a support bracket that goes there.
