Is there a Ham radio outlet, or similar high quality electronics store near you?

Should be, we have electric supply store over here.

Is it must be nylon wrapper connector can submersible with fuel?

We do have Micro circuit store for electronic and computer parts.

It looks like HDPE and nylon are what you would want, but I’m not an expert.
I’m thinking a quality electronics store knows what type of plastic is on their non-cheap butt connectors.

Nylon or PVC. The correct way to do this would be to solder the wires and use PVC heat shrink which is pretty common. Most of the opaque butt end connectors are also PVC.

Thank you both of you for the input. Lucky me I got heavy Duty nylon butt connector from autozone near me and the material look the same with from AEM pump, just roll the dice hope can be last at least 5 years ...

Next step is install 2.5 pulley, change spark plugs and replace internal bearings on sc. Do I need to replace the coil too or nothing better then OEM.

    Leave the coils alone.

Just got the truck back…wow…amazing difference!

I’m seeing 7.3-7.5psi at WOT on the stock pulley and AFR numbers seem to be around 10-12 at WOT. This was the first drive, trying to watch the road and the gauges is kinda hard when you’re having fun lol.

What mods did you wind up running on your setup again? It would be lost ideal to keep your AFR in the 11.5- 12.0 range.

I can't leave anything well enough alone
I have a hard time understanding those boost numbers with a stock pulley? Not even with a restrictive exhaust (which would build boost pressure) at sea level on a cold winter morning would you have boost that high. And with flow improvements the boost would most certainly go down even though power goes up. I didn't look backwards in the thread to remember what you just did or didn't do, but are you sure you have a stock 3.0" pulley? Something off.... or maybe you have discovered a ripple in the space-time continuum

100% stock pulley. The installer did the Boost Bypass valve adjustment and restrictor jet mod as well.

My hats off to you on the build and I'm happy it works for you, but you just said the name I dislike hearing... URD.

That's awesome man, glad you got your SC installed! Must've been hard waiting for that.

That's my thoughts too. My boost is similar, but that's with my 2.8 pulley + intake.
