No time for that or a swear word.

Although if you were there to catch me, you would probably scream.

Hmmm.. Wifey's been buying plants. Three flowers came in the mail yesterday. I didn't know you could mail live plants, but they look pretty good. Looks like I will be planting today. IDK what they are, exactly. Two are starting to bloom already.
We're off to see the kids this week sometime, not sure exactly when.. prolly Easter. She offered to drive. Hope she doesn't scratch the car, fresh outa the body shop. That old Lexus will outlast all of us. SIL says that's the car he wants, and he's not shy about saying so. I told him he'll have to buy it at the estate sale... so start saving up. He laughed, I just smiled. I'll bet it gets bought even before the sale. Ugh.. don't feel well this am. Might go back to bed, start the day over.

    Morning all:

At least I can look at what my fishing hole should look like, right now you can add 9' of water to it and they have shut down any activity on the river and closed all the access points throughout the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation area.
It looks tranquil, but multiple people have drowned here, there is a heavy undercurrent and a wicked crosscurrent off that point on the right which then drops off into a 50' hole.
We will fish the river up to 1-1 1/2' high, for shad maybe 2' if you stay in pockets out of the current, that's it, there is no way that I would want to be on that river now!

    Afternoon all:

Nice retirement gift there Greg, ENJOY!

I ordered the Husky floor liners and pd. with PayPal, they arrived about 1 1/2 weeks later and were installed in the Tacoma, which I had posted on here.
SO, I get an e mail on 5/8 that my order on 4/7 was shipped on 5/8 , I canceled the order and stated that I didn't order 2 sets, but it apparently had been shipped already, so today ANOTHER set of Husky front liners arrived.
Checked my bank account and there is only one charge to PayPal, and I only authorized that one payment, the order # for the first set and this set are the same, I would assume that they didn't record that they had already shipped them to me.
Balls in their court, I contacted them, gets old trying to straighten shit like this out, maybe I got a free set of floor liners which I don't really need!

If they do not take them back I am sure another member in the PA area will take them off your hands.

    Evening all:

Well, against my better judgement I contacted Husky liners through a chat!
They said they will email me a return slip and the person I was chatting with ended the chat before I could tell him that I don't have a printer if I need to copy it!
If that's the case, I'm going to tell them to send a return slip to my address and I'll return the liners, and if they don't want to do that the liners are mine, also that it was their mistake, not mine.

I don't keep a printer anymore either. After the old HP 1020 laser jet became "unsupportable" I said screw'em and go to the library for anything I need to print. Gets me out of the house and I like the ladies there anyways. At fifteen cents a page it's better than buying ink cartridges that dry up before you use them or have a printer that the new programs can't support. Besides... in my old age and subsequent wisdom I've discovered that almost every convenience humans have produced have a dark side and most of them cost more than they are worth. Besides, as Kurt Vonnegut said, "I tell you, we are here on Earth to fart around, and don't let anybody tell you different." If people would just fart around a little more we all might have more fun and appear more intelligent.
Of course it's only a matter of time before our wonderful society decides libraries are unsupportable...

That's what I do also, go to the library and get copies of anything I need, as for printed forms off the computer, I go to my buddy Jims house and get his GF to print them out for me.
