    Been working on my new light set up and had to make a spacer/support block for the lights as I couldn’t find anything reasonably priced off the shelf. Here is a prototype of the final design.

    Hopefully it’ll be strong enough to support the lights.

    New light bar coming together. While I wanted to avoid extra mounts to the rack, I’m going to add the supplied supports to the 2 middle lights. Now I’m trying to remember why I don’t the time and energy on the blocks if I still need to hav mounts… maybe I didn’t think thy could attach right… problem for his weekend. Along with adjusting the toe and straightening the steering wheel. Adjusted the camber today, one wheel was at +1.75. I adjusted it to -.5 to match the passenger wheel.
