Wasnt really directed directly at you. More was a general statement.

And glad you had what I'd call a "smart" divorce. Where both sides can be amicable with each other not not just play the "I want everything" game. Much different than my brothers (with a younger kiddo involved sadly) where she makes everything a huge deal. O your brother is coming to town so you want to swap weekends? Well what do I get for doing that?!? type BS.

    Ok on a keyboard now....

YES. The wireless camera to keep you facing forward is fabulous!

Tons of them on Amazon. Not sure which one is best. Its all about if you want it with a screen or want it to go to your phone..

Location: I put the camera on the drop leg part of the stump grinder. Used the foot & because I didn't trust the magnet on its own ... I put a screw thru it into that hole that's already on the foot.

No it never came loose or had any issues at all. I do take it off in the winter though ^& store it in the barn.

Tip: be sure to raise that foot up & pin it before you use it! :) cause it don't work if you don't.

I think my ex was leaning on taking it that way, but she had a classmate in this area that is a lawyer and she talked her out of it. She was like if you two lawyer up they will try their best to turn you two against one another and milk you dry. She insinuated the first thing the lawyers might do is get in touch and come up with a game plane.

I don't think it's bent... but on the tractor it wouldn't turn at all. I took it off to see if both ends were seized or just one end. The "tractor" end turned readily. The implement end is stuck. I have a torch, and did apply some heat... maybe not enough. That's a bit out of my comfort zone... not something I've ever done very much.

Spray some penetrant in that hole and let it sit overnight. Go have a beer. If it still doesn’t move tomorrow then heat up the female in the vice and get a bigass wrench to turn that male end.

After this morning's repeat effort, I've about decided that it's NOT gonna turn. I have a vintage Ridgid 24" pipe wrench, and in combination with the vise it still won't budge. Looks like a new Kubota part is about $200+, but a Chinesium Generic is around $50 I think. The problem is there's really no good 100% secure way to hold (clamp) the eyeball piece on the end. I've already bent a 5/8" iron rod and a 5/8" bolt.. probably bent the toplink by now too . . . :censored: :boom:

Yes I did once again this morning. A buddy stopped over a little while ago with a can of Lucas super duper penetrating oil that he said Timmy the Tractor Man swears by. We put the screws back in and clamped the Mother upright in the vise and added a liberal dose of the magic Lucas potion to the open end (tractor end) of the link. Now leaving it sit until tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath . . . :drevil:

    Congratulations

Crap!!! I actually had to buy a new top link a shorter one from 16" to a 14.5" the actual size the B7100 is supposed to have. Bought it from Agri supply. It'll loosen.

I’m in complete agreement with Creed.
Does your tractor have rear remote hydraulic connections? If you do, or are interested in installing some. I HIGHLY recommend a hydraulic top link! There’s some videos on YT on how to install them. I don’t think the cost is all that much more than the Kubota part, but in my opinion it’s worth every penny.

The top link is $114 and change, the hoses are almost that much with fittings :anonymous:

I wouldn’t put the remotes up high on the roll bar like he did, but this gives you an idea what it takes to install them. Lots of other videos and tutorials available on different ways to do this.
