    My trailer spends most of its time sitting in my driveway. I don't live in a bad neighborhood but I would feel better if it was more secure.

    What are your thoughts on bolting an anchor point to the driveway and using a chain.

    Chains can be cut. I see a lot of « boots » on trail tires when they are parked. Seems to be effective.

    I run a padlock through the hitch and believe that is enough.

    But if you want to use a chain you don't need to anchor it to the driveway. Something like this is a LOT harder to cut than chain.

    Run the cable through one of the wheel spokes and around the frame. The wheels won't roll. Given enough time they could defeat this or anything but something like this along with a sturdy lock on the hitch will force them to take a long time. And hopefully try an easier target.
