PROBLEM SOLVED thanks to DM93. ECU-B fuse and my crimp job seems to be working

Hey all, Curtis from Daytona here. 2013 TRD OffRoad.
Went to install a roof rack, bit caught and I slipped by this bundle of wires. I lost stability control, key fob, airbags, back up camera, Bluetooth acts up when on calls, and I believe that’s about it. I did a quick crimp job, checked for blown fuses, disconnected the battery for 15min to reset the ECU, attempted the key fob programming, stability control programming and decided to stop there before potentially ruining anything else. The only thing that came back was the back up camera. Just wanted to see if anyone had some advice for me. I’m not the most mechanically inclined individual, but I can definitely take my time and learn.
    Thanks in advance!

It's possible that when the wires wound around the bit they pulled out of the end connectors. If possible, try to track down one of the non working items and inspect the plug. FWIW, when I splice wires in a harness, there's rarely a lot of extra length so I solder jumpers between the two ends. Crimp connectors (especially on small wires) are fairly unreliable. Good luck.

Have you checked the ECU-B Fuse (7.5A) in the underhood fuse box?
That would affect everything you described if it was blown.
