    Yep...
I'll offer more direction when people ask in PMs than I do on the open forum.
There was a guy on here, about 8 years ago, who got all bent and belligerent from my opinion; coincidentaly, iirc, it was about psi.
So now, I try to stick to objective fact. Those who don't like it, can get bent...doesn't change the facts.

That bolded message is a solid rule to live by especially as someone who worked in social services for a number of years, but I disagree with the last statement. There are few people in this world who are legitimately "not worth your time", the vast majority are worth helping. However until they reach that very important part of their life of wanting help, they won't change, so your method of helping should be made very passive. For instance with high risk youth, all we could do until someone got out of survival mode and actually asked for help, was provide them their basic needs. Warm clothing, hygiene products, tampons, access to showers, huge batches of home-style food cooked in the facility to warm the heart and snacks on a regular basis up to a limit per day, as well as free access to water, water bottles, cooling spaces during heatwaves and warming spaces during cold snaps of -50`C (-58`F).

As for Splitbolt, you're absolutely right. Someone who has access to information and no barriers (ie the guy owns an SUV and should be able to afford a $3 pressure chuck even if they're a little inaccurate) needs to learn from experience. Once that tire bursts on the highway from heating up so ungodly fast on the soft edges of the tread and sidewall, hopefully he'll get some sense.

Goodyear Wrangler Kevlar is an excellent all round AT tire.

30-32 PSI for rough tracks, crappy railway crossings etc...

35-37 PSI for a more normal road use (depending on your ride style) and sometimes 38-40 PSI in the back for a heavy load.

Yes rotate them every 10k and Yes 51 PSI is way too much. If the temperature goes up 20 f you could be looking at 2 more PSI and then you get into tire pressure territory that few have gone before....

The good news is that the MPG will improve as you break her in with 25k+

........I should add that Good Year who fitted them had issues balancing them, particularly 1 tire, however my local reputable garage did just fine with the balancing.
