Same here. But if he does decode to share the files it would be very easy to cut that section short and make a version that doesn’t require you to cut the bedsides. That what I would do, personally.

The receiver is a bit more iffy. I haven’t looked into it but I bet with a little research and maybe even some off the shelf parts you could come up with something that’d work.

Going back though this old thread. I did end up welding in a hitch behind the license plate. That was good advice and very sleek. Had the bed off while I was converting to LT and it was pretty easy to add in at that time. Removed the cross member and replaced it with .120 wall DOM. Custom laser cut 1/4” hitch brackets I cut at work. So hitch is tied into and welded to the frame and bumper. Not removable but oh well.
As far as load capacity. It does fine every time my wife’s rubicon breaks down and I have to load it on the flat bed to tow it home.

Negative. I’ve sold the drawing packet a few times to guys one here. I’ll have to dig but one guy posted his bumper on here from the files I sold him.
Note that these were all made prior to sendcutsend being able to bend sheet metal so every face is its own part. Sold the cad last time for $50 and I’d do the same here. It comes with the build print too. Lmk if interested. thanks,
