The two parks on the list I've been to are both in Colorado.
They're worth seeing, as I'm sure @buffedout will agree.

In Rocky Mountain National Park, you can drive Trail Ridge Road.
It's the highest paved road in the entire park system.
If you're not acclimated to the altitude, you gonna get a headache










In Black Canyon of the Gunnison, there's the Painted Wall.
Almost a half mile high vertical wall, dark granite streaked with white pegmatite.
That's not sagebrush on the far rim... it's Juniper trees

My Dad and I hunted Elk in Grand Teton / Yellowstone in 2000. Saw some big bulls.... hanging up in other people's camps My wife and I spent a few days in Yellowstone in autumn of 2020. On our way sough to visit some of the Parks in Utah, I took her to the spot where my Dad and I camped all those years previously - Pilgrim Creek.

I have not been to Glacier Park yet, hope to go one day.

 

My most recent ink was in June 2015 (memorial tats of two of my beloved kitties that had just passed). I am so Jonsin' for new ink...... but I gotta get a !@#$%^&* job first!!!!!!
