    2009 Regular cab 2WD Tacoma...

    Does this piece of plastic just pop off? I'm expecting some holes there for me to mount a bolt. What you're seeing is right behind the driver's side.

    If there isn't, I'd just use some metal-tapping screws or anything else folks here would recommend. But with ladders and paddleboards attached to this thing, I'd need it to be SOLID. Thanks!
