all stock parts still but ive replaced the outside door handle on both driver and passenger side, also replaced windshield wiper fluid reservoir,
I tried fixing the driver and passenger seat belts in my '03 since they had trouble retracting for years. I took out the passenger side one first and I think accidentally wound it further back then it was meant to, and now its completely jammed. I tried connecting it back to a plug that was in it and started up the truck hoping that would help but it didn't. I'm not sure if I'm screwed and need to replace it or if theres a simple fix. Any help/advice would be appreciated!

Maybe... in most seatbelts that I have tinkered on there is a little inertia pendulum weight that locks the retractor. This is how the belt stops extending in a wreck, could this be stuck, dunno, try taking the retractor assembly out and rotating it and see if it retracts.
