So just bought a 2023 taco 3.5L. 46k about 2 month ago. Fast fwd, looked in info center at vehicle alert history it has had a few engine codes thrown over last yr(Toyota dealer told me they did a general inspection on it, nothing about codes just general used car insp) so now after driving it 3k miles at 49k was going work this morning, hit gas starts going sputters a bit eng light comes on I stop turn off truck turn back on. No engine light drives fine. Howerever plug in code reader same P0300 code again. So now this code has been thrown 4 times over past yr, 3 unknown to me before I got truck. Question is, anyone have experience with this code or something check? Says engine multiple cyl misfire. Dealer no help and if they diagnose and find it’s something not covered by warranty, which seems to be a long list, I’m out pocket the labor money. So hoping someone on here has some experience with this code and maybe a few suggestions to check.

P0300 is a generic misfire which could be a few things including a weak fuel pump. Are there any other codes that have showed up? Edit: the dealer should be looking at that because plugs are 60K mile interval.
