OEM Mudflaps PK389-35R50-P1 vs PK389-35R00-P1

I hope this helps for people who are looking to order the newer/wider OEM Toyota mud flaps.

There are 2 versions of the 'Canadian' flaps which are much wider than the original stock mud flaps from 2024.

I originally had the 00 version, which worked great on my stock TRD Sport wheels, but when I upgraded to the TRD Pro wheels which has 20mm more positive offset, I decided to buy the 50 version of the flaps. I encourage anyone who wants to run OEM flaps and has more positive offset to run the wider mud flaps as it will offer more protection.

My concern with these are that they would rub away the paint over time.

 

I put a strip of PPF over the mudflap touch points 1500 miles ago. When I removed the smaller flaps to install the bigger ones, I examined the PPF and there were no rub marks or any signs of wear. I'll remove the flaps to clean intermittently.

I'd assume it would work for all 4th gen trim. The author of this thread has it on their TRD Sport trim. I have it on my TRD OR.

I have had both on my 24 Pro with no issue. I like the wider set as they seem to cover almost the entire tire width.

 

They will, but with that setup, id go for the wider Canadian flaps.

Apologies in advance. I know this has been discussed at length before. After 9 long months I finally took delivery of my 2025 TRD Sport Premium this past Saturday. Dealer specs showed mudguards and of course, it arrived without them. I wish to keep it OEM as original as possible and I'm not going to be adding larger rims or tires. I ordered the PK-389-35R00-P1 as I see no need for a "wider" mudguard. Is this the model that others have installed? Did I make the right choice?

 

Yeah, you ordered the right size canadian mud guards if you're planning to keep it stock wheels and tires.

 

I’ve got a ‘25 Sport and these are the Canadian mudflaps

 

I recently ordered and received the wider OEM flaps. The part # was changed and is now PK389-35R55-P1. Apologies if this has already been posted. My truck is a Sport with the Pro wheels, and the wider flaps fit fine.
