Leaf spring isolator pad replacement?

Hey guys, I have an intermittent squeak coming from this corner and it looks like the pads that keep the leaf tips apart are totally shot on the leading ends of the leaves. I looked around and I saw posts of people doing this on tundras, and on tacomas with Dakars, but not oem packs. Has anyone done this? It almost doesn't look like I'd have enough room to get new ones in there, given how tight the forward-most rebound clip is around the pack.
