    too many factors. Will it help? Yes. Will it completely stop your alignment from ever getting misaligned after a bunch of big hits Maybe not.

    I have read that you can keep the LCA on, just use a soaked rag and go slow and in small increments.

    Anyone does this with good success?

    I read some anti-splatter spray is also a VERY good product to use.

    You can weld them without removing anything. The rest of the frame will act like a good heat sink and they won't stay too hot for long. That piece of steel isn't really in intimate contact with the rubber bushing anyway. You're only putting a little bead behind them.
    I personally think it's a great option.
