For context: I have the Dobinsons 112R heavy duty leaf springs and 3rd gen TRD PRO FOX suspension. No other related/notable changes on suspension from OEM

    PROBLEM

Aftermarket leaf springs that have the bolted spring clamps are not located in the same position as the OEM leaf springs. This keeps you from bolting on the parking brake guide bracket and causes rubbing. This is an issue for anyone with aftermarket springs.

Now, onto my extra situation - with the 3rd gen TRD PRO suspension, the passenger side parking brake cable rubs on the piggyback reservoir. On the driver side, it just rubs against the leaf springs or the exposed spring clamp bolt threads.

    WHAT ARE YOUR SOLUTIONS?

Driver side - for example - I have the guide bracket bolted on the front spring clamp. The parking brake protective sleeve is further back. I can not bolt up the bracket further back because the parking brake line isn't long enough to route that close to the leaf spring and then make the sharp turn to the back of the drums.

This is how it bolts on with OEM leafs:

Heavy-duty zip tie for now, until someone posts something better in this thread.

It has been like this for a few thousand mostly-highway miles. Can't see any obvious signs of chafing on the cable housing.

The problem I specifically have is that the front spring clip is too far forward as shown in the driver side photo to hold the brake line away from the shock on the passenger side. It's almost like I need to mount a stand-off on the piggyback reservoir itself or make some long bracket that is triangulated off the leaf spring to push the parking brake cable away without bending from driving and flexing things.

There is a passenger side leaf spring clamp spacer for the ebrake sleeve on all 3rd Gen TRD Pros which don’t get removed when the Seller removes the suspension.

Wish I could, the bracket isn’t long enough to bend it in any way to reach where I need it so.

Ah, thanks. That was enough info after skimming through 7 pages to just start searching with different terms and found the spacer and its part number!!
