Keep in mind that square footage might not include basement space if it lacks egress or is unfinished. Pretty sure the basement area isn't finished so it's got lots more room than the ad says.

Thats true. Plus 1200sf and 3 bed/2 baths would be kinda small?

 

My house versus one on the next culdesac. The way mine is built, the roof of garage is matched with rest of house, but actual garage floor is much lower. Easily enough room for a 2-3 foot taller door on mine.

 

Bigger than I need, but I'm a terminal bachelor. YMMV

 

Haha mine is packed as well! I'd just love one my truck fits in!

Depends on your needs tbh. My house is 900sqft upstairs. Downstairs isn't included since it's unfinished and not very large.

 

Powder coated the tank again today. Came out a lot better. Did the wet sanding from 1500-3000. Started polishing but my polish isn’t cutting polish so I just did a test area. I ordered some 3m compound that will be here tomorrow. It’s all smooth and orange peel is gone. After I cut and polish it I think it will be very nice.

 

Got the BMW R65ls back with new rubber, bath is needed and then some miles.

 

Gf did her first mod to her XR adding the OEM hand guards. I then went to mess with my chain since it's still felt off? Turns out the chain is bad... You spin the tire around while on the center stand and one side is so loose that the chain dropped below 3in. Then you go around and the chain goes tight where it barley moves... So a good thing I bought that warranty I guess since most state when it's like this you replace the sprockets as well... So the tracer will be going back to the dealer tomorrow for repairs ugh!


But hey at least they are all shiny clean thou!

 

I can't imagine a drive chain being under warrantee... Good luck!

It's an aftermarket warranty that covers anything on the bike for 4 years.

Ya figured with how much it covers and how there is no mile cap for the 4 years it's not a bad deal.

 

When I bought my Taco, the finance guy was pushing the 10 year extended warrantee.
The price was an additional $3500 .( I was buying the truck Cash!)

I returned, "it's not worth that much to me".
The reply was "How much do you value the extended coverage"

I thought about "gadgets and display screens and all that "unfixable" stuff for a moment and returned "I would go a thousand dollars for the ten year coverage."

The response was "OK"

Maybe I paid too much for the truck ;-)

a nice set of IMS pegs was a game changer for me in terms of feel and comfort
plenty of other companies like zeta or fastway or other Amazon brand knock offs as well if your after a specific color or material

Have a set of Denali D3 lights on order, should be here before the weekend so I can do a rush install and have them for a road trip Sat+9Sunday. Doing the Hwy 20 loop and returning through Leavenworth and Hwy 2!

 

At first glance I thought highway 20 near me and I was wondering why anyone would ever go out of their way to ride it
