What kind of results do you want?

D&V Auto body in Sterling is probably the best in the area, but you'll pay for it.

I've had them painted for 5-600 in the past.

If you get a good deal on one, but then have to pay $2000 to paint, its not really worth it.

That's a horrible idea. What time?
I'd be a bit leary of something coming south from up north. Maybe carfax it and see the location history. I had a VW that was a NC car, but it was purchased by a dealer here from an auction Detroit. From the pics it looks clean, but I'd crawl under and get a good look.

Making my annual obligatory post. Got a quote for a partial repaint to correct the clear coat fading.
    Job included repainting the:
    -Hood
    -Roof
    -Driver side doors.

Lifetime warranty on all work. $4400. Weighing the decision of doing it, doing nothing, or selling.

Random question, does anyone know anything about hybrids, specifically Prii?

I want a cheap good mileage commuter since I have to go back into DC from Purcellville. I’m thinking an old Prius is the answer but should I be concerned about a 150k+ mile Prius?

I have no real input other than, a guy I knew years ago had to replace the battery. He bought it and did the r/r himself. Cost of the battery 10yrs. ago was 2k. Said the battery is shoehorned in like a champ. But he got it done.

Not trying to deter you at all.

The battery is my main concern.
yeah like it’s a Toyota but also don’t want to spend 5-8k then have to buy a new motor haha.

I am also considering an EV since my commute is quite expensive but we will see.
