I have a stock 2014 TRD OR DC. Trying to get rid of the squatted look on the truck even with no weight in the bed.

The front is definitely lifted comared to my previous base 2nd Gens I'm guessing they used a spacer in the stock Bilsteins for OR suspension to level the truck. Well after 128k miles, I guess, the rear has sag, not that noticeable but when I put weight in the bed its very noticeable.

So long story short, I bought a pair of Icon RXT leaf packs to hopefully put some rake back into the truck. I dont haul much, but once a week I haul about 450 pounds or so, so there won't be much continuous weight like a shell or rack.

I'm going to leave the packs on option 1 as I don't want much lift, just to add some rake, but I'm kind of lost as to if or what rear shocks I need to pair with the leafs to have no issues. Would a pair of 5100s be fine for this or should I get something different?

    Any input is appreciated.

Here's a photo of my truck.

There should not be any issues.

you can use any shock really. 5100 is a good shock, how much $$$ you wanna spend?

Probably nothing past 4 or 500 bucks.

Shocks do not give lift to the rear.
Think of springs as setting ride height or carrying weight, shocks reduce the "bounce".

Right, I just dont want to add too much lift with the leafs packs to over extend the shocks I guess I'm trying to say. I'm by no means an expert with suspension. After 128k it's probably time for new shocks anyways.

Then as others have said almost any shocks should be fine.
    @MSgt O mentioned 5100's and they're a solid option.

the RXT wont lift it that much to need a longer shock and since $4-500, then kings and fox are out. Go with the 5100 and call it good. and yes, by now, you need new shocks!

Will I need new U bolts for these? I just got them in today and its just the leaf packs themselves with the extra leaf.

You are going to get mixed responses on the u bolts. Personally I'd replace them with new u-bolts and nuts.

You should have also recieved with the leaf springs 2 longer centering pins, 2 shims, and a couple longer U brackets ( in case you ever decide to go to option 3.)
I went with option 2 (have a canopy) and installed the Icon 2.5" RR shocks along with new u bolt flip kit, bump stops, and ext brake lines.

President McKinley w/KLM 203P and threw the roof antenna, ICON RXT leaf spring packs (position 2), Bilsteen 5100s, ARE Camper Shell, Pop & Lock tail gate, Dash Cam
I recently installed the icon rxts on my pickup. Great option with one or two.

I also installed 5100s all the way around. I am very pleased with the results.
