Cargo light lens cracked

Has any had their cargo light lens crack without being hit by something? I noticed on my 2018 that the lens is cracked and there’s no evidence of being hit. Just wondering if anyone else has had it happen. Also, how hard would it be to replace?

 

There was a campaign to replace the light due to water leaks. It just expired a few weeks ago. The robot that installed the light was over torqueing the retainer screw/nut. They replaced the broken lamps, sealed the lamp opening with special silicone sealant, and installed a trim bezel to hide the sealant. Some dealers will sell the campaign parts, some wont. I have mine on order from Olathe Toyota right now, waiting on delivery, if Toyota ever ships to them. Ski

 

I noticed this on my 2018 as well. The light has been replaced already through the campaign. No issues with leaks but I wanted to seal up the cracked lens. So, I laid a strip of PPF over it. Easy and cheap fix.
