I've been searching on here and found some info on 2nd gen replacement but was wondering if anyone had experience with replacing the oil control valve filters on the 3rd gen? (Diagrams, photos, video greatly appreciated.)

Need to pull the valve covers. The filter is inside the camshaft bearing cap.
    What is the issue?

You have codes both both banks and both camshaft (intake, exhaust).
Filter is your less worry. Check obvious like wiring for the camshaft solenoid, position sensors, crankshaft position sensor.
If all is good, look for a jumped timing.
    Any recent repairs?
